This is version 1.0, so it just has the basics:

• Two layer types: line and fill
• 12 beat fractions (quantizations) and receptor
• Layer operations such as copy, move, delete
• Control point editing
• Bevel, thickness, line width
• Base color and lightness
• Export as a spritesheet or as individual files
• Save and load from JSON

It doesn't support animations or gradients for now.
